My goal is to be a little better every time I decorate a cake - I hope I'm achieving that goal, I feel like I'm improving.... at least the last couple of cakes have been an improvement over my infamously horrible "prawn" cake!

chocolate cake
My latest cake accomplishment - My Dad asked me to make a cake for him to take to work for Valentine's Day, and here it is in all of its chocolate-y glory (the cake itself is vanilla, so hopefully nobody will have a chocolate overdose):
