Couponing

I kind of looked down on couponing before, but now I'm really getting into it. I'm a little bit of a shopping addict, so I've found that it helps satisfy my desire to buy things without going over my budget. As you can see from the list of deals I found this week, I didnt emass a huge stockpiling hoard that cleared the shelves, I just got a reasonable amount of things for a great deal (or free). It is nice to have a little extra on hand (like having several bottles of shampoo in the closet instead of waiting until you run out and then needing to pay full price).

Here are the deals I got this week, without dumpster-diving for coupons or doing anything else off the wall, just with coupons from the regular Sunday paper and a few printable coupons:

9 packages Oscar Meyer hot dogs - 33 cents each
2 bottles Sally Hansen nail polish - 4 cents each
2 Matchbox cars - 9 cents each
2 Aquafresh toothpaste (travel size) - free
2 Shout Wipes (travel size) - free
2 jugs of Purex laundry detergent - free
2 bottles Weber Kick'n Chicken seasonings- 50 cents each
2 pairs sunglasses (1 Foster Grant, 1 Style Science) - free The register printed out a coupon for $ off my next purchase at the same store, so I actually made a profit from this "purchase"
