I came across an article on WebEcoist called, "20 (Delicious) Vegan Meals That Don't Suck!" while searching online for vegan meal ideas that, well, don't suck. I love recipes with pictures - if I can't picture it, I probably won't make it. Several of these dishes look like something my family would actually like, but several others look gross. Hey, they might taste good, but I guess I'm too visual to give them a shot.
