Wakelee wanted an exersaucer because she's apparently "over" laying on the floor or sitting in a bouncy chair now. She is only happy if she's completely upright. I needed an exersaucer because I can't get a thing done while holding her up in a standing position on my lap all day! We never had one of these with Kendall, and I almost went into cheapskate-shock when I saw how much they were (new). (Not that I would ever buy one new anyhow...)
I checked every thrift store, garage sale, and consignment shop I could find over the past few weeks and finally ended up finding a reasonably priced exersaucer about a mile from our house through Craigslist. Craigslist is definately the way to go for stuff like this. Garage sales are awesome, but its a lot easier to find a specific item and comparison shop on Craigslist.
Now I've got to figure out how to adjust the thing and we'll be in business!
If I can just get 15 more minutes of hands-free time a day, it will be worth the time and effort it took to find it!
UPDATE: (20 minutes later), Wakelee is in the exersaucer and is going CRAZY! She is spinning in it like theres no tomorrow! John took my camera to work, otherwise I'd be posting some super-cute photos of this!

Yeah I will definitely be getting one of these with our next kid...the walker is SO 5 years ago...hey maybe I can buy yours...
